Yesterday evening i went to swimming in Jurong east swimming pool, i swam 12 times of 50M, 2 times more than usually i swim. I must slowly increase and train myself for upcoming Police training, even thought i don't know yet they select me or not. I remind myself again and again for change and improve for my life in this year of 2010. I must take care to my sweetie more than other people, he will need help on future I guess, even he never ask me. I feel so pain that he told me on Monday eve when i had dinner time, about his bag and scandle he never change because of his mum said something to him. I really not take care him enough and not good for him sometime. I must change for it, Die Die must change for it.
I really so glad that we chanting and meditation together before sleep, I need more careful about the religion as well. I beleive that the religion can change the future. We will go ahead our 3rd Year Anniversary holiday trip and our life should more colorful on future.
